Insurance Broking has been severely impacted by COVID-19 like most other
aspects of our normal day to day activities. Firms have had to devise new ways
of doing business all over the world. With the discovery of the vaccine and the
related reduction in numbers of COVID-19 cases, there seems to be light at the
end of the tunnel albeit remnants of the pandemic would remain with us for a
long time. In the light of the above, AIBA under the auspices of the AIO is
seeking to initiate a discussion on how Insurance Broking firms can reinstate
broking operations to its former position where possible.
